Area all-inclusive programs (Private + Instrument + Commercial + Multi-engine + Sim) run roughly $40,000–$90,000 across the Vero Beach / Treasure Coast market. The Life Project covers PPL through ATP — with the type rating, ground school, simulator, and time-building all included — for about $66,200, below the premium academies that bill the type rating on top. Figures are local market estimates; final cost depends on any flight hours flown beyond the included margin.

$8,000 time-building scholarship
Complete your flight training — PPL through CFII — within 24 months and earn an $8,000 scholarship, credited toward your time-building hours on the way to the 1,500-hour ATP minimum.
